You might conclude that Thomas Munn is a traitor if you read the popular press over the past 57 months.
He and his wife led four of their children to the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. They felt compelled to go as a lesson for the children on defending the U.S. Constitution against a compromised 2020 presidential election.
You might think the Munns operated their own Weather Underground based on how the FBI, the DOJ and a far-left D.C. judge treated them. Then went into the U.S. Capitol, picked up trash in the Capitol Visitor Center and spent the rest of their 52 minutes looking for a way to get out.
Leftist Chief U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell sentenced Tom and his wife Dawn to intermittent jail time. Before dismissing them, she fretted about what kind of people would home school their children, and seemed to marvel that Dawn still worried about election integrity.
Three of the Munns’ homes in Texas and Wisconsin were raided by FBI SWAT teams. They and their children were handcuffed. Two of their granddaughters were separated by a SWAT agent, who would not allow the sisters to hold hands in their terror. Their mother told them she was going with Jesus to help President Donald J. Trump.
As the fifth anniversary of that day of infamy approaches, the Munn family continues to struggle with after-effects from Jan. 6. Work is hard to find, as the leftist rage mob harassed employers and potential employers, warning them not to associate with “insurrectionists.”
Blaze Media will soon publish an update on the Munns’ situation.
Below is a compilation of clips from their appearance in my third Epoch Times Jan. 6 documentary, “The Real Story of Jan. 6: The Long Road Home.”
